I switched all my prescriptions from the big box guys to Irondequoit Pharmacy because of the great reputation they have around Irondequoit. I've been 100% pleased. Dave is great and goes the extra mile to serve his customers.

The best pharmacy in Rochester. I checked them out when they opened and the service was excellent, so I switched all my prescriptions over. Dave is very knowledgable and willing to explain anything or answers any questions; it's like talking to an old friend.

You can expect to get excellent customer service with a hometown feel. Dave communicates effectively with all aspects of the pharmacy business. Prescriptions are ready on time and in good order. This is a friendly home town pharmacy with quick, prompt service. I am glad that I switched pharmacies earlier this year. Big fan! Kurt Engel

I have been getting my medications from a chain pharmacy for YEARS. I’ve had so many issues, but I was too comfortable to switch to another pharmacy. I finally took the plunge and I’m so glad I did! Dave and his team go above and BEYOND to help you. No judgement. No rushing. They are quick too. If they are out of stock on something, they order it right away. I’m so glad I finally switched over to them! I will never go back to a chain pharmacy again.

If you want a hassle free and pleasant experience, I cannot recommend Irondequoit Pharmacy enough. I was frustrated with being on hold for 30+ minutes at our previous pharmacy, having difficulty getting common medication in stock, and the staff being so frustrated by being short handed so I switched our family prescriptions to Irondequoit Pharmacy. Dave took some basic information and I provided him with a copy of our filled scripts from our former pharmacy. Dave took care of the rest. When I need something filled, I simply call and if it is off hours, I leave my name and what I need. Sometimes less than 24 hours later I receive a text letting me know the number of scripts that have been filled and the total price. Does it get better than that? Yes! You walk in the pharmacy and Dave greets you. He grabs our medications and I'm in and out in a handful of minutes unless I start asking him questions. Irondequoit Pharmacy also carries an impressive variety of supplements. If they don't have it they are happy to work with you to order what you need. You would think a small family owned pharmacy might mark up their products a little, but this is not true! I save shipping costs and get service with a smile. Give Dave and Kathryn a chance and you won't be disappointed!

So happy to have Irondequoit pharmacy in our town! Dave and Kat are wonderful, warm and knowledgeable, and you never feel rushed. They also have another pharmacist(sorry I can’t remember her name), who fits perfectly! You never feel like you’re just a number, they know you by name, and a bonus is that you’re supporting a small business! Highly recommend Irondequoit pharmacy!

If you're looking for a pharmacy that remembers who you are, has friendly service, actually cares about your well-being, has very knowledgeable staff is quick on filling or refilling, then try Irondequoit Pharmacy. Dave is great and I always choose to support a local merchant.

I have called all the major pharmacies in Rochester, including Fonte for Triad Hydrophilic Wound Dressing. Was told either they don't carry or have to order it online. I called Irondequoit Pharmacy as my last hope. Steve told me, No problem, I can get it from my supplier and will call you tomorrow after it arrives. Oh my goodness. Why didn't I call them first? This is the difference between the Big Name Brand Pharmacies and Hometown Pharmacies. Thank You So Much for your Great Customer Service today and being able to quickly supply what I so very much need.

Super friendly staff and very helpful! We just relocated from NC to NY and this pharmacy is going to be our new home pharmacy. They're amazing!! We definitely recommend!

The owners and staff are the most friendly and amazing people! When Walgreens closed in Irondequoit, I moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy. I was having some medical issues and needed a medication and the pharmacy was going to close in ten minutes. I called and Dave answered the phone. He said he would stay late and wait for my husband to arrive to pickup the medication. Even stressed for us to take our time in getting there as he was fine with waiting. I wish I had known about this pharmacy a long time ago!! Love them.
